Higgins is located in Kansas and is made up of a very unique group of tailors, sewers, knitters (2 and pipers) who enjoy working to bring you a variety of Scottish products which we hope will give you satisfaction as well as a good value – time honored traditions from the country of Scotland which happen to work in the Kansas countryside as well!
