Bagpipe Solutions by John Cairns is owned and operated under the professional direction of John Cairns.

The Milligan Memorial Pipe Band is a community Bagpipe and Drum Band, based at the Royal Canadian Legion # 1/42 (Baron Byng), in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The Band has won many awards over the decades. We have put together a CD of some of our most requested tunes, On Watch to Strike which is now available.

From the Beginning of the 48th Highlanders there have been pipers present.
